STYLING & ART CURATION

Styling is the final layering in of intentional items that bring warmth & personality to a space. This takes thought and a knowledge of where to source the perfect pieces.

It can also include art curation, of your existing collection and the sourcing of custom pieces.

BOOK A FREE INITAL DESIGN CONVERSATION

  • After our free initial telephone consultation, we schedule a time to discuss your brief in detail.

    We hold an in-depth consultation to understand you, your lifestyle, practical needs, and desired outcomes. The more information that we have at this early stage the better the final design.

    A write up of this will then be sent back to you, to ensure our alignment on the vision, scope and budget

  • When I have a good understanding of your vision and project goals I start the design process.

    This commences with the initial design concept which includes moodboard, style board and initial spatial plans. I work closely with you at this stage to ensure that the vision aligns with your expectations.

    Then I move onto a more detailed phase drawing up detailed plans and elevations, technical elements such as lighting or plumbing design, and the design of any bespoke elements such as joinery.

    This phase also includes setting out detailed specifications to support future costings by contractors.

  • I source options for the key items of furniture, fixtures and equipment that align with the project style and are within budget.

    Once you have selected your final pieces I procure these for you and manage their delivery and any returns.

  • Finally, when construction is complete, we walk through to ensure that the work has been completed as per the design.

    Then we install the furniture and art and undertake the final styling to ensure your dream space in move in ready.
